Our New House "July 2000"	Removed the Tree in Front of Door	Removed Most of the Grass
Added New Retaining Wall	Mounded Topsoil and Bark	On Both Sides
We Moved Sedums	Cut in Grass Paths	This is a Vine in the Back Yard
As of Sept 2001 We have purchased a "Weeping Willow" about 12ft tall. It will not be ready to be dug up until November (mid Fall), and it will replace the barrel in the center of the planting.

This is the Interior Remodel Started in Sept 2000
The first thing we did was to take down the half wall leading upstairs and build a glass wall.

It's hard to see, but these pics were taken as you first step through the doorway.
Notice how we cut into the wall below so you can see right into the lower floor family room.
As well as above we replaced the railing with a matching glass system so you can see into the upstairs living room.

From the top of the stairs looking down to the door. Next from the living room looking towards the glass railing.
The last is the view from the lower floor family room and you can see people coming and going through the glass.

Next we marbleized the fireplace. It was Black & Brass.

After that we took down the walls to the bedroom on the other side. You can see that I have temporary railings up.
We still have to patch the drywall and fix the floors where the walls used to be. It really opens up the house.

Next step was to take out the cabinet in the kitchen. We had to support the ceiling from up in the attic.
We're still working on it. We've moved to the yard for a while
